Dear Gabi sensei and all haijin,

I have been going through your blog Japan after the BIG earthquake:

http://japan-afterthebigearthquake.blogspot.com

and I just had to write some more on the same. I pray that God gives you courage this Easter. Even though some of us have not been commenting on them, we have been reading them and feeling you. Take heart.

Ishinomaki--
a bicycle stands still a day
after the tsunami--

Ishinomaki--
the shop district looks
like a big dump site

Ishinomaki--
a CNN journalist balances
on debris

Japan tsunami--
two men flag white sheets
from a flooded building

Japan tsunami--
a floating car overtakes
a boat

port-town tsunami--
a toyota floating
in reverse

port-town tsunami--
power lines touch the water
at last

Ishinomaki--
the muddy feet of a marauding
white dog

Ishinomaki--
a thick layer of sludge on
the streets

Thank you for all the pictures, reports and haiku on the earthquake Gabi sensei.

Wodhes wishes Japan a quick recovery.
